Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including customer service, labor scheduling, and supervision.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and economical operation of the warehouse.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of customer inventories.
• Develop and direct programs to maximize space utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Onboard and develop staff; lead a team of 20-30.
• Liaise with suppliers, merchandisers and external agencies.
• Attend meetings and contribute to strategy and policy.
• Direct adherence to SOPs and guidelines.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facility.
