The Role

We’rehiring an E-Commerce Vendor & Marketplace ContentLeadto own day-to-day brand collaboration and help drive listing strategy, product content directionand launch execution across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who’sconfidentcommunicating with vendors, enjoys marketplace strategyand can turn product information into high-performing online listings.

Youwon’tbe working alone —you’llpartner closely with our channel operations team who helps execute high-volume listing updates.

WhatYou’llDo
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand partners
  • Research and develop a deep understanding of each brand and product line
  • Lead vendor meetings and manage ongoing communication
  • Collect and organize product assets (images, specs, compliance infoand copy) to support successful launches
  • Create and guide high-performing marketplace content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywordsand A+ content)
  • Collaborate on visual content concepts thatimprove conversion and brand presentation
  • Analyze performance data, search trendsand customer behavior toidentifylisting improvements
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate product launches and listing updates
  • Maintain clear workflows, prioritiesand documentation
  • Contribute positively to team culture and support shared success
