Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Associate Team Leader (ATL) for E-Commerce in Dedham, MA to support grocery delivery and pickup operations. The ATL ensures onboarding, coaching, safety, productivity, and team engagement while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

This role emphasizes maintaining quality, timely order fulfillment, and strong customer experiences. The wage range for this position is $20.05-$35.00 Hourly, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Onboard and train Team Members on shopping SOPs, staging, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback to drive skill development, accountability, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Team Members are onboarded and well trained on SOPs, staging, quality, and safety.
• Provide timely coaching and performance feedback through regular one-on-one conversations.
• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead and participate in team huddles and meetings to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe work environment through hazard identification, resolution, and documentation.
• Ensure Team Members follow safety and food safety protocols through coaching.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement preventive actions.
• Own order accuracy and quality by audits and trend analysis.
• Monitor customer order times and resolve delays or issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Manage substitutions, out-of-stocks, and special requests.
• Optimize shift operations by forecasting and real-time staffing adjustments.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements for productivity.
• Ensure tools and supplies are available and functioning.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, partners, customers, and vendors.
• Serve as SME for E-Commerce duties and support company programs.
