H MART - Corp in Carlstadt, NJ is seeking a Sales & E-commerce Specialist to contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility. The role includes developing promotional campaigns, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with support teams to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of sales/e-commerce experience, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• 4–5 years of relevant sales/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product listings.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
• Interest in e-commerce and retail trends; strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing).
• Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement.
• Work closely with the sourcing and purchasing teams to align sales strategies with market demands and promotional activities.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
• At least 4-5 years of relevant sales/e-commerce experience preferred
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product listings
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics preferred
