H Mart in New Jersey seeks an IT/e‑commerce professional to analyze workflow integrations and resolve complex technical issues. You will manage VTEX, Autostore and B1 guides, optimize site navigation, and analyze customer behavior to drive opportunities. Collaboration with sales and support is key.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT/e‑commerce, knowledge of VTEX/Shopify, and strong analytical and communication skills; Korean/English bilingual is a plus. On‑site position with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front‑end and back‑end e‑commerce systems.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT/e‑commerce experience.
• Familiar with VTEX, Shopify, and digital marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar metrics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
• IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems
• 3-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred

Salary Range: $72,150 - $107,200

• Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
