Job summary

H Service is seeking a Sales & E-commerce Specialist to boost revenue and online visibility in New Jersey. You will craft promotional campaigns, optimize product listings, and collaborate with support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Strong analytics and Google Analytics familiarity are essential. You will work with sourcing to align sales plans with market demand, manage product page content and blogs for SEO, and monitor trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
• 4-5 years of relevant sales/e-commerce experience preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and product listings.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics preferred.
• Interest in e-commerce and retail trends; strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue.

• Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement.
