Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking an E Commerce Shipper (Finance) to manage pick, pack and ship duties for the online shop, using ShopGoodWill and FedEx tools to meet daily shipment goals. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED; no prior experience is needed, though ecommerce listing experience and digital photography skills are preferred.

No prior experience required.
E-commerce listing experience preferred.
Knowledge of digital photography for online listings preferred.
Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Pulls items sold/paid on ShopGoodWill for shipping.
Packs items with appropriate shipping materials in an appropriately sized box for a secure shipment.
Uses FedEx and ShopGoodWill shipment software to ship.
Meets daily shipment goals.
Stages packages daily for FedEx pickup, and assists drivers in pickup.
Opens claims with FedEx for lost or damaged shipments.
Determines next step in process of unsold items daily.
May assist with photographing and listing, as directed by the E-Commerce Project Manager.
