Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking an E Commerce Shipper in Richmond to handle pick, pack, and ship tasks for the ShopGoodWill and E‑Commerce listings. You will use FedEx and the ShopGoodWill shipment software to ensure accurate orders and timely dispatch.

This entry‑level role requires a high school diploma; no prior experience is required. The position supports the Finance team, involves inventory movement, and may include photographing and listing items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required.
• E-commerce listing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Goodwill's product sales lines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls items sold/paid on ShopGoodWill for shipping.
• Packs items with appropriate shipping materials in an appropriately sized box for a secure shipment.
• Uses FedEx and ShopGoodWill shipment software to ship.
• Meets daily shipment goals.
• Stages packages daily for FedEx pickup, and assists drivers in pickup.
• Opens claims with FedEx for lost or damaged shipments.
• Determines next step in process of unsold items daily.
• May assist with photographing and listing, as directed by the E-Commerce Project Manager.
