Job summary

Kroger is seeking an e-Commerce team member to efficiently select and assemble online orders, process payments, and load orders for pickup. You will ensure freshness and quality, communicate substitutions, and maintain clean staging areas while upholding Kroger's values and standard procedures.

You will interact with customers, follow POS guidelines, and support training for new teammates in a fast-paced environment at a Kroger store location.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Experience in production/warehouse or as a cashier is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Select and assemble online customer orders.
• Process coupons and payment; load orders into customers' cars.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return.
• Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness.
• Follow POS procedures and substitutions policies.
• Meet productivity and pace standards.
