Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for online orders.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items selected.
• Communicate with customers via portable phone in a professional manner.
• Retrieve orders from staging locations and load into customers’ cars.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Determine substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
• Inform customers of substitutions at pickup.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item discrepancies to supervisors.
• Inspect equipment and notify supervisors of repairs.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and assist training.
