Job summary

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, comply with safety rules, read shelf tags, and coordinate substitutions when items are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Desired: experience in warehouse/production or as a cashier.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive online orders and store items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Load orders into customers' cars during pickup.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Follow substitutions policy for out-of-stock items.
• Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
