Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and process online orders from Order Selector.
• Assemble customers' online orders with attention to freshness.
• Process coupons and payments at pickup.
• Load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
• Provide positive customer service to encourage return.
• Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Scan and bag orders while maintaining bagging standards.
• Maintain staging areas and equipment cleanliness.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to supervision.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
