Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer for basic data input/output.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required or must be obtained).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, follow-ups, and locker management.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• Carry out additional duties as needed to support the business.
