Job summary

Kroger Store e-Commerce team in Michigan is seeking a capable supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in running day-to-day operations, upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will guide selectors and customer attendants, ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures, train staff, and step in as acting manager when needed, while maintaining efficient order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Able to read shelf tags and perform basic computer tasks.
• Strong math basics (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
