Qualifications

• Experience with interview and selection processes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Meet sales, wage budgets, and other targets including customer satisfaction.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online staffing.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead implementation and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
