Job summary

Kroger in West Allis, WI is seeking a Store e-Commerce Associate to support day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department and help uphold the company values in every customer interaction.

You will oversee order intake, assign work to selectors and customer attendants, assist with scheduling, ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures, and act as department lead when the manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per company guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
