Kroger is seeking an individual to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in Oshkosh, WI, supporting day-to-day operations and upholding Kroger's values. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and handling order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, equipment troubleshooting and maintaining clean staging areas, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and efficient e-Commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisory exposure or leadership experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags and understand product placement.
• Familiarity with basic computer tasks and POS systems.
• Strong math basics for counts and reconciliations.
• Proactive, self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants on duties.
• Act as on-site leader when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Manage order intake and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels for perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and clean, organized staging areas.
