Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants.
• Act as in-charge of e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and keep areas organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and support process improvements.
