Job summary

Kroger's Western Springs, IL store seeks an individual to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will train staff, supervise during manager absence, schedule work, and ensure accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations and help lead the e-Commerce team.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Train selectors and customer attendants as directed.
• Act as the person in charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Handle scheduling to meet operational and associate needs.
• Print and distribute order labels and manage perishable orders.
