Job summary

Kroger Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will lead a team, train staff, ensure compliance with laws and safety standards, and support scheduling and workflow to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include overseeing selectors and customer attendants, handling order intake, troubleshooting equipment, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team adheres to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and customer attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and issues to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division/enterprise team.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
