Good Hearts Gear is seeking a Director of E‑Commerce Operations to own and scale our Shopify ecosystem, including key integrations with ShipMonk and related apps. You will drive uptime, data integrity, and reporting across customer storefronts while partnering with Finance, Logistics, and leadership.

The role emphasizes operational growth, catalog management, and the design of scalable processes as the business expands across locations. A background in apparel e‑commerce is a plus.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce or digital commerce operations.
• Demonstrated ownership and administration of an e-commerce platform (Shopify strongly preferred).
• Experience managing a live Shopify environment including product management, operational updates, and system integrations.
• Experience working with fulfillment partners or 3PL providers (ShipMonk, ShipBob, Flexport, or similar).
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with experience supporting executive-level forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to manage complex product catalogs, SKUs, and inventory structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Shopify platform and related systems to ensure uptime and performance.
• Coordinate integrations with ShipMonk and other applications for accurate order routing.
• Maintain data integrity between Shopify and fulfillment systems.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and finance-ready month-end processes.
• Lead development of scalable processes and documentation for growth.
