Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance.
• Ability to drive for company business.
• Must pass driver record and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist E-Commerce Manager in leading the E-Commerce team and daily operations.
• Oversee processing and separation of incoming donations for proper sale preparation.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, photos, and inventory management.
• Provide quality customer service to shoppers, donors, and staff, and address complaints within 24 hours.
