Job summary

D&B Supply is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead the daily operations of the ecommerce team and collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and store operations. This in-office role focuses on improving the customer experience, merchandising, SEO, and site performance while aligning with company goals.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, and requires strong leadership, analytics, and cross‑functional teamwork to drive growth for dbsupply.com.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel skills and SQL.
• Experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento), Algolia, and AI preferred.
• Web development skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of dbsupply.com including merchandising, content, and promotions.
• Oversee product onboarding and prioritization.
• Coordinate digital campaigns to drive traffic and visibility.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, sales, and new launches.
• Coordinate with agencies on site updates and integrations.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and refine ecommerce processes, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee SEO maintenance and Google Ads to improve relevancy.
• Improve site search and merchandising effectiveness.
• Ensure site compliance with ADA, taxes, firearms, etc.
• Perform other admin duties as needed by the Director of eCommerce.
