Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an E-commerce & Merchandising Project Lead to strategize and forecast sales cycles, improve e-commerce functionality, and optimize department operations. You will manage cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, and inventory for shop.spacex.com and employee retail stores.

The role requires 5+ years in project management with ecommerce experience, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with platforms like Shopify Plus or BigCommerce.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional e-commerce projects from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, inventory management for shop.spacex.com and employee retail stores.
• Oversee licensing partnerships and 3rd party platform partners.
• Coordinate with Product, Developers, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and external agencies.
