Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
• Manage store-level inventory including receiving shipments, stocking, cycle counts, and discrepancy escalation.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors and processing sales through the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking displays, rotating product, and implementing planograms.
• Support merchandise needs for company events, launches, activations, and special programs.
• Follow processes to ensure efficient and scalable store operations and complete reporting (sales, inventory, facilities requests).
