Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an E-commerce & Merchandising Project Lead to drive sales cycles, enhance e-commerce functionality, and optimize merchandising operations. You will manage external partnerships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials for shop.spacex.com and employee stores.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM with 3+ in e-commerce, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with Shopify/BigCommerce or headless setups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or digital retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional e-commerce projects from ideation through launch and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of all materials, inbound and outbound.
• Manage and maintain inventory for shop.spacex.com and employee retail stores.
• Own PO issuance and invoice close out for network of vendors.
• Coordinate across Product, Developers, Marketing, CS, Logistics and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party platform partners.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership.
• Champion best practices in digital commerce, accessibility, SEO, and data privacy.
