Job summary

MSI is seeking an E-tail Merchandiser in City of Industry/Los Angeles area to manage online product listings, pricing, and content, and to plan online campaigns.

You will analyze sales data, optimize listings for search visibility and conversions, coordinate with marketing and supply chain, and monitor market trends to grow category sales. This role requires 2+ years in e-commerce and familiarity with major marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of e-commerce experience, including managing product categories on major online marketplaces or retail websites (required).
• Proven experience running online sales, marketing, and promotions independently.
• Experience in computer or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketplace seller/vendor portals and online advertising tools.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, ROAS, and sell-through.
• Proficient in a wide range of business software and digital tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator who works well across departments.
• Organized, able to prioritize, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and proactive in spotting and solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Assigned product categories, including assortment and overall sales performance.
• Manage online product (SKU) listings and keep pricing accurate and up to date.
• Create and optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion.
• Plan and run online sales, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Track sales, traffic, and conversion data, and use the results to grow category sales.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory to avoid stockouts and overstock.
• Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and sell-through reports.
• Support site promotions, events, and data management projects.
• Respond to internal requests promptly and professionally.
• Take on other duties as assigned
