Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product categorization, attributes, sort orders, and on-site search.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Marketing and Content to plan seasonal activations.
• Analyze site performance and optimize for conversion and revenue.
• Support digital channels (website and app) including international markets.
• Lead internal search strategy and weekly KPI analyses.
• Drive product recommendation strategies to maximize cross-sell and upsell.
