Job summary

Kforce is partnering with a Boca Raton, FL client to fill an E-Commerce Manager role responsible for the day-to-day performance of the US ecommerce business. You will translate DTC strategy into priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive conversion, revenue growth, and customer engagement across the main US website, Shop app, and emerging surfaces.

The role requires 7+ years in ecommerce or DTC, strong hands-on Shopify experience, and proficiency with GA4/Looker.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or DTC
• CPG or consumer-brand experience strongly preferred
• Deep hands-on Shopify expertise
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker, or comparable analytics tools
• Experience within consumer products, accessories, lifestyle products, or adjacent CPG categories preferred
• Familiarity with agentic commerce, conversational commerce, or emerging shopping surfaces preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of the US ecommerce business
• Develop and execute channel plans to improve conversion, revenue growth
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, operations and agencies
