E-Commerce Manager Leading U.S. Food Company | Remote (U.S.)

The Opportunity

Own the growth of a household-name food portfolio on the world's biggest online shelves. As E-Commerce Manager, you'll steer Amazon, Walmart and other high-impact digital channels, directing a team of top-tier agency partners while shaping strategy at the highest level. • Be the connective tissue between operations, marketing, sales and finance, aligning e-commerce strategy with business objectives.
  • Sit at the table with key retail customer contacts such as Vendor Managers, and help negotiate annual JBP terms and Co-Op fees.

  • Solve problems before they become fires: chargebacks, shortages, listing errors and profitability.
  • Protect the business by monitoring inventory, listing health, suppressions and compliance, and taking corrective action fast.
  • Work with Ops planning to keep volume forecasts accurate and planning-system data clean.
  • Turn data into insight with monthly reporting on sales, advertising performance and key KPIs.
