Job summary

Puig is seeking an Assistant Logistics Manager to support day-to-day e-commerce operations for Amazon and 3PL partners. You will manage order flow, inventory movements, fulfillment performance, and issue resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and maintain inventory accuracy.

This role requires detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with multiple systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-4 years of logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations experience.
Experience with Amazon and/or 3P logistics preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operational execution for Amazon and third-party e-commerce accounts, including order flow, inventory availability, fulfillment performance, and returns.
Coordinate with Key Account, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to meet inventory and delivery commitments.
Monitor KPIs such as fill rates, inventory health, shortages, chargebacks, and delivery performance; escalate issues as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and order data across systems, Amazon platforms, and 3PL partners.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, orders, shipments, and fulfillment.
