E-commerce Inside Sales Associate - $20/hr

We are seeking a driven and skilled E-commerce Inside Sales Representative to become a part of our vibrant sales team. In this position, you will be instrumental in developing our sales strategy, optimizing sales techniques, and fostering business expansion.

As a member of a fast-growing team, you will have the chance to make a significant difference by offering innovative ideas and assisting in the improvement of our sales outcomes.

This position is entirely remote; however, due to company policy, candidates must be living in Nevada.

Compensation includes a base pay of $20 per hour plus a commission structure based on sales goal incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to engage prospective clients
  • Continuously test and improve sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide actionable feedback to refine sales tactics and improve team outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and improve customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales initiatives and overall performance

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment
  • Strong experience with high-volume outbound calling and time management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
