Bi-Lingual Cold Call Sales Specialist – Online Travel Industry

Compensation: $20/hr base pay + commission

We’re seeking a high-energy Bi-Lingual Cold Call Sales Specialist to drive outbound sales in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will engage tour operators, pitch our platform, and close deals to expand our network. You’ll manage leads, track sales performance, and contribute to revenue growth—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 60+ outbound sales calls per day to potential tour operators
  • Sell and persuade in both Spanish & English to onboard new partners
  • Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Develop and refine sales strategies to optimize conversion rates

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (professional proficiency required)
  • 1+ year of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
