Second Life Mac in Skokie, IL is seeking an hands‑on E‑Commerce leader to manage, improve, and grow our selling operations across Amazon and other channels. You will own day‑to‑day health, performance, listings, inventory, and reporting to keep the business running at a high level.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in e‑commerce, are analytic, and comfortable building scalable processes. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and refurbished electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on e‑commerce marketplace experience with direct responsibility for account performance and operational outcomes.
• Experience managing e‑commerce operations with a high degree of ownership — identifying issues and driving resolution.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and high‑volume account management, including listings and returns.

Responsabilités

• Own day‑to‑day performance of SLM’s e‑commerce platforms and channels, ensuring listings, inventory, health, customer experience, and operations run smoothly.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central performance metrics (feedback, defect rate, late shipments, A-to-Z, cancellations) with emphasis on seller health.
• Determine best channels to fulfill devices to maximize profitability and maintain accurate live listings and pricing.
• Maintain live product listings, pricing, condition information, and inventory across channels to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Oversee programs and relationships end‑to‑end (serial numbers, IMEI enrollment, returns, sourcing uploads).
• Monitor FBA inventory health (inbound discrepancies, unsellable returns, removal orders, reimbursements).
• Track return reasons to spot fraud or defects and take corrective actions.
• Own marketplace claims, reimbursements, and escalations; address root causes.
• Build weekly leadership reporting on performance, claims, inventory, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop scalable workflows and processes to handle increasing volume and complexity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to align e‑commerce with broader goals.
