Job summary

Parrish Tire Company in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks an E-Commerce Business Manager to lead Parrish Tire Direct, grow online sales, and develop our digital channels, including the established eBay business and future expansion to Amazon/Walmart.

The role blends commercial judgment, data-driven decisions, and strong project management to deliver profitable growth while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, analytics, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplace management, or related field.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer or wholesale e-commerce accounts.
• Data-driven decision making and results orientation.
• Strong project-management, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Parrish Tire Direct strategy and daily performance across online marketplaces.
• Analyze sales, pricing, margins, advertising, fees, returns, and freight for profitable growth.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, availability, and marketplace health.
• Identify growth opportunities via competitive research, pricing models, testing, and analysis.
• Partner with merchandising on assortment, inventory strategy, and demand planning.
• Coordinate with distribution centers to fill orders accurately and control freight.
• Oversee marketplace relations and vendor relationships for smooth operations.
• Develop dashboards for revenue, margin, advertising, inventory, and customer experience.
• Lead development of a direct-to-consumer website to drive repeat purchases.
• Grow and mentor e-commerce team as business expands.
