Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking a visionary E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our digital commerce strategy across all online channels. This hands-on leader will oversee development, execution, and optimization of our e-commerce platforms to drive revenue, improve user experience, and strengthen the brand’s digital footprint.

You will define strategies, lead cross-functional teams, optimize site performance, manage paid media, SEO, and CRO programs, and mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in digital marketing and ecommerce; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling ecommerce operations and driving revenue.
• Strong understanding of online retail, omnichannel strategies, and DTC best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives affecting digital sales, site performance, and profitability.
• Oversee website operations, UX/UI improvements, merchandising, and platform performance.
• Own paid media, SEO, SEM, social, display, affiliates, and marketplaces.
• Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and guide budget allocation.
• Mentor and develop the ecommerce and marketing teams and manage vendors.
