Job summary

Chemco Corp is a large-scale contract manufacturer of beauty, personal care, OTC, professional salon, and pet care products. We seek an entrepreneurial Head of E-Commerce & Digital Growth to build and own this opportunity. The role focuses on growing Amazon, Shopify, social channels, and digital campaigns to unlock untapped revenue.

You will lead an offshore Amazon team, optimize pages, plan major campaigns, and track ROAS and CAC to drive profit for our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building Amazon, Shopify, and social commerce channels.
• Proven track record with consumer brands in beauty or CPG.
• Entrepreneurial, scrappy, fast-moving and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Grow and optimize our Amazon strategy.
• Build Shopify and TikTok Shop into meaningful channels.
• Own social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan Black Friday, Prime Day, holiday, promotions, and launches.
• Improve landing pages, product pages and conversion rates.
• Develop pricing, bundles and promotions.
• Oversee paid media, email/SMS, creators and influencer marketing.
• Track revenue, profit metrics, ROAS, CAC, AOV and conversions.
• Identify new products, categories and brand opportunities using data.
