Job summary

Jasco Products Company is seeking an organized E-commerce Catalog Coordinator in Oklahoma City to manage product listings, optimize content and monitor inventory. You will work with the Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure accurate listings, timely updates and data-driven improvements across platforms.

Responsibilities include handling Workfront tasks, creating dashboards, processing Amazon requests, and coordinating weekly POs. A strong background in data analytics and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of business, data analytics, or related field.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented
• Experience with data analytics or related field
• Multi-tasker who can self-manage his or her time proactively
• Must be flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills
• Business data analysis and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations
• Exceptional organizational skills and troubleshooting ability
• Proficient in administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of database systems
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

Responsibilities

• Help grow and maintain a certain category of business by understanding products, brands and sales metrics.
• Support the E-commerce Strategist for assigned categories with new product listings and updates.
• Handle listing updates, support tickets, inventory monitoring and weekly PO cuts/fallout.
• Manage daily Workfront tasks related to the category to meet deadlines.
• Ensure timely product launches with optimal titles, copy, images and A+ content.
• Coordinate catalog cleanups and Amazon-related requests.
• Review weekly purchase orders for errors and coordinate corrections.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs proactively.
• Develop key dashboards providing transparency around critical projects and timelines.
• Stay updated on platform changes and educate the broader team.
