Job summary

JB Tools is seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Database Manager to oversee our extensive catalog across hundreds of suppliers. You will maintain product data, pricing, UPCs, SKUs, weights, dimensions, descriptions, images and specifications, ensuring accuracy across listings.

You will process supplier price changes and promotions, identify gaps between catalogs and store listings, and add missing products while deactivating discontinued items. Strong Excel/AI proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for large datasets.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to analyze catalogs and pricing across suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product data including pricing, UPCs, SKUs, weights, dimensions, descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Process supplier price changes and promotional pricing.
• Perform gap analysis between supplier catalogs and products listed on stores.
