Job summary

Coverstore is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist in Carrollton, TX. You will contribute to daily fulfillment operations, pick orders with a handheld scanner, and ensure accurate packing and shipping using the STP method.

You’ll troubleshoot packing stations, assist with cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in a warehouse setting. The role requires strong multi-tasking, English fluency, and experience with order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with order fulfillment and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using a handheld scanner, following route and cart type.
• Pack orders using the Scan to Pack method and verify UPCs before shipping.
• Troubleshoot issues at packing stations and reporting unresolved problems to leads.
• Assist with cycle counts and maintaining a clean, organized workstation.
