Job summary

The Container Store Distribution Center in Coppell, TX is seeking Pickers/Packers/Loader to join our e-commerce team. As a Picker/Packer, you will use voice-picking and RF devices to accurately pick and pack orders for fast, quality fulfillment.

We offer full-time hours with pay starting at $18.00 per hour, plus health/dental/vision plans, a 401(k), PTO, and product discounts. Grow with our 1,000,000 square-foot automated DC and help customers organize their spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with automated distribution environments preferred.
• Proficiency with voice picking, RF devices and labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow picking, packing, loading and cutting procedures.
• Meet time-based productivity standards and use voice-picking system.
• Ensure correct quantity and quality per order.
• Work around conveyor systems and multi-level picking modules.
• Maintain a safe work area and inventory accuracy.
• Support multiple departments within the Distribution Center.
