Job summary

Cart.com, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Fulfillment Associate in Terrell, TX to support Fulfillment as a Service. You will pick and pack, restock, and assist other teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Prior warehouse automation experience and forklift experience are a plus; you will collaborate with floor managers and teammates to meet daily SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automated environment.
• Distribution Center knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong written and oral communication.
• Inventory control experience a plus.
• Forklift Driver Experience.

Responsibilities

• You are the magic behind the online shopping experience.
• Pick and pack product from warehouse shelves; restock and cycle count inventory.
• Assist other teams within the warehouses as needed (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns).
• Support teammates with questions and requests.
• Strive to hit target metrics and seek support to reach them.
• Keep spaces organized and clean at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and raise safety concerns when they arise.
• Communicate clearly and candidly.
