Amazon Now, also known as Quick Commerce, operates a network of dark stores delivering within 30 minutes. We’re hiring a Finance Manager to own the cost story for under-the-roof operations, focusing on labor utilization, cost-to-serve, and profitability of store networks in the US.

You will partner with operations, real estate, and HR to embed financial rigor into store design, staffing, and scaling decisions, influencing Path to Profit and network expansion across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of finance experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Responsibilities

• UTR cost management: end-to-end ownership of costs across the store network.
• Store design optimization with cost and productivity implications.
• Labor model optimization with headcount planning and staffing economics.
• Network strategy inputs for store launches, expansion, and site prioritization.
• Planning cycles: lead variable cost inputs into quarterly plans.
• KPI tracking for variable costs vs entitlement targets.
• Ad hoc financial analysis for leadership requests.
