Responsibilities:

• Manageand update the master product file, including pricing, visuals, anddescriptions.
• Planand execute online promotions in alignment with Grab Marketing themes andseasonal campaigns.
• Monitorsales performance and product availability on GrabMart and othere-commerce platforms.
• Generateand analyze merchandising reports to track daily, weekly, and monthlysales performance.
• Coordinatewith the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely stockreplenishment and delivery.
• Liaisewith outlet operations to gather feedback and ensure alignment betweenonline and offline merchandising.
• Handlethe full procurement process including sales and purchase orders, suppliercoordination, and delivery follow-ups.
• Supportthe execution of digital merchandising strategies to enhance customerexperience and drive conversions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum1 year of working experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or a relatedfield.
• Diplomaor Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Proficientin Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strongcommunication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an addedadvantage.
• Experiencewith GrabMart or similar online platforms is preferred.
• Detail-orientedwith strong organizational and time management skills.
