Job summary

Safariland, LLC is seeking an E-Commerce Engagement Manager to lead onsite merchandising and engagement across branded ecommerce sites and Amazon storefronts. You will drive conversion, AOV, and retention while coordinating with Acquisition, Experience, and Operations to align multi-site strategies.

You will manage UX/UI resources, work with Ecommerce Operations on integrations, and monitor KPIs to inform leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
MBA/Master’s/PhD in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute onsite merchandising strategies across branded ecommerce websites and Amazon storefronts to maximize conversions and order value.
Oversee site-wide engagement initiatives, such as personalized recommendations, cross-site linking, content optimization, and loyalty features.
Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for experience improvements across multiple business units.
Collaborate with Acquisition and Experience teams to align onsite promotions with offsite marketing efforts (email, SMS, paid ads, influencers).
Manage UX/UI Designer resources to enhance usability, accessibility, and brand consistency across platforms.
Coordinate with Ecommerce Operations on integrations, policy implementations, and fulfillment/returns visibility.
Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to Directors and leads.
Stay abreast of ecommerce engagement trends for multi-site manufacturing environments.
Ensure onsite engagement aligns with customer-service and Amazon goals for a seamless journey.
