Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–8 years of ecommerce experience, including 2 years on a significant SKU site.
- Demonstrated ROI ownership and management of revenue.
- Hands-on experience with recommendation engines and segmentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive ecommerce strategy for FSAstore and HSAstore.
- Develop seasonal and evergreen strategies optimizing onsite merchandising.
- Lead personalization testing roadmap and manage performance analytics.
