Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or scaling an e-commerce function.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience launching and managing shoppable websites, Shopify preferred.
• Strong digital customer experience and conversion optimization.
• Solid financial acumen with sales and margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead overall e-commerce strategy for the business.
• Own online sales performance and e-commerce profitability, reporting to leadership.
• Lead website optimization, site speed, navigation, search, and CRO.
• Direct product merchandising aligning with brand and sales goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, SEO/SEM, and customer acquisition.
• Build and mentor the E-Commerce team as the function scales.
• Ensure secure checkout, payment processing, and data integrity.
