Job summary

City Market in Durango, CO is seeking a Store e-Commerce supervisor to support the daily operations of the e-Commerce department. You will lead the team, ensure accuracy of orders, and uphold safety and integrity across procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Desirable experience in production or warehouse settings, stocking shelves or cashier roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants in their duties.
• Act as the person in charge of e-Commerce when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associate needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels and manage perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and maintain supplies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and implement process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and annual reviews.
