Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor in Parker, CO to assist the Store e-Commerce manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. You will supervise selectors and customer attendants, ensure compliance with laws and safety standards, and help improve efficiency.

You will train team members, help with scheduling, and handle order processing and issue resolution in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, etc.
• Ensure staff follow laws and safety procedures.
• Train selectors and customer attendants.
• Act as person in charge when Store e-Commerce manager unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work.
