Job summary

• Ability to read shelf tags and locate items quickly.
• Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills including counting and arithmetic.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and assign work to staff.
• Print/distribute order labels, including perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organize staging areas.
• Report discrepancies to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support process improvements from e-Commerce teams.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and conduct reviews.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts.
